Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients. Add flour and mix well.
    Dough will be very soft when made.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Use as needed.
    Grease or spray muffin pans and fill about 1/2 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
