Zucchini Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. shredded coconut
    2 1/2 c. zucchini, grated and drained
    1/2 c. margarine, melted (optional)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 1/2 c. bran cereal buds
Preparation
    Mix melted margarine, oil and sugar.
    Beat eggs and combine with water, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Add to sugar mixture, presifted flour, salt and baking soda and add to mixture.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour in buttered jelly roll pan, 16 x 11-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool before cutting.
