Chicken Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
    1 can pinto beans
    1 c. picante sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder and cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
    Cook onion, green pepper, garlic and chicken until chicken is not pink.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
