Spaghetti With Raw Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium tomatoes (1 1/2 lb.)
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 small finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. finely minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. finely minced basil leaves
    1/3 c. genuine olive oil
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    pinch of oregano
    1 lb. spaghetti
Preparation
    Place tomatoes one by one into boiling water for 1 minute. Plunge immediately in cold water and peel.
    Cut in half horizontally and remove seeds.
    Chop remaining tomatoes coarsely and combine in bowl with other ingredients, except spaghetti.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
