Best Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    10 large marshmallows
Preparation
    In a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt sugar, milk, chocolate, corn syrup and salt to boiling.
    Stir frequently. Add marshmallows.
    Carefully sit candy thermometer in place and cook without stirring until temperature reaches 238\u00b0 or soft ball stage (when a small amount of mixture dropped into a bowl of very cold water forms a ball that flattens on removal from water), about 10 minutes.
    Remove saucepan from heat.
