Zucchini-Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. peeled, shredded zucchini
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins

Preparation

In mixing bowl cream margarine and sugar until light.
Add egg and beat well.
Add zucchini and blend in.
Set aside.
