Broccoli Casserole(Six Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box chopped broccoli
1/2 can mushroom soup
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. grated medium sharp cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Boil broccoli 5 minutes and drain.
Mix other ingredients and combine with broccoli.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour into buttered dish and dot with butter.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and golden brown.
Can be made the day before serving.
