Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts
    1 tsp. Accent flavor enhancer
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. Mazola corn oil
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Place
    chicken, skin side up, in a large shallow baking pan in\ta
    single layer.
    Sprinkle Accent, salt and pepper on chicken. Let
    stand 10 minutes. Stir together corn oil, honey and
    soy sauce. Drizzle on chicken. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven about 1
    hour
    or
    until fork can be inserted with ease. Baste frequently.
    Makes 4 servings. Serve with cooked rice.
