Spring Ham Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked cubed ham
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 can cream of asparagus soup
2 to 4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine in 1 1/2-quart or 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, except corn flakes.
Mix corn flakes with butter and sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8.
