Crab Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute)
    1 envelope Knox gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 large (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery (2 stalks)
    1 c. chopped green onions (5 green onions with tops)
    1 can crab meat, shredded
    Baguette
    Roasted Red Bell Peppers
    Provolone Cheese
    Tomato Basil Sauce (see Sauce section)
Preparation
    Lightly toast baguette slices in the oven.
    Lay a wide strip of roasted red bell pepper on each slice and place a square of sliced provolone cheese on the pepper.
    Fold the pepper over the cheese and drizzle with Tomato-Basil sauce.
    Place under the broiler until cheese is bubbly (but watch them carefully and don't let them burn).
