Pumpkin Cheese Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pecans
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. ginger snap crumbs (about 20 cookies)
    5 Tbsp. melted sweet butter
    1 lb. cream cheese, at room temperature
    2/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream, at room temperature
    1 c. solid packed pumpkin
    3 eggs, at room temperature
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch each: ground cloves and ground ginger
    peach halves for decoration
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Put pecans and sugar into processor and process until finely chopped.
    Add cookies or crumbs and melted butter; blend well to create mixture for crust.
    Press into bottom and up approximately 1-inch of 10-inch spring mold pan to form crust.
    Bake 10 minutes.
