Pecan Crunch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
11 graham crackers
1 c. pecans, chopped finely
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs and baking powder.
Add sugar very slowly.
Beat until very stiff.
Crush graham crackers.
Add them (by folding) to egg mixture.
Add vanilla; spread in heavily buttered pie pan.
