Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. grated coconut
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Beat eggs until light; add milk.
Mix flour with sugar; add to\tmilk
and
egg mixture.
Stir in coconut and vanilla. Pour into 2 unbaked 9-inch crusts.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
