Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. melted butter (1 1/2 sticks)
    1 pkg. caramels
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix the German chocolate cake mix with the evaporated milk and butter.
    Pour 1/2 of this batter into a 13 x 9-inch lightly greased cake pan.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
