Rabbit With Red Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 lb. rabbit, cut into bite size pieces
2 onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 c. water
2 c. red wine
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Assemble and prepare all ingredients. In 6-quart pot melt butter and brown rabbit.
Add onions and cook until translucent. Sprinkle flour over rabbit, stirring.
Add all seasonings; mix. Combine water, wine, lemon juice and rind.
Pour over rabbit. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 1 hour.
