Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. allspice
dash of salt
2 baked pie shells

Preparation

Wash and boil sweet potatoes until soft.
Peel potatoes and mash.
Mix mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, allspice and salt.
Pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until solid.
