Sausage Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    2 c. raw rice
    2 c. beef broth
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 bunch green onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1/4 c. Lea & Perrins
    1 can water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain well.
    Put all ingredients into large casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until all liquid is gone.
