Catsup Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    4 large onions
    8 peach leaves (from tree)
    3 red or green peppers
    1 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. pickle spice or 1/2 Tbsp. allspice
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 Tbsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Add all ingredients except red pepper and turmeric.
    Cook down 1/2, then add cornstarch, dissolved in vinegar and the red pepper and turmeric.
    Bottle and seal.
