Uncooked Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. ripe tomatoes
    3 large onions, chopped fine
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. salt
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. diced celery
    1 oz. mustard seed
    1 pt. white vinegar
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and chop fine.
    Drain using only pulp.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into sterile jars and seal.
    Do not cook.
    Let stand at least 5 days before using.
    Makes 3 quarts.
