Cocoa Cream Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 scant c. flour
    3 Tbsp. hot melted butter or oleo
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and beat to a light colored creamy butter.
    Add water; then beat in the cocoa.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder; gradually add to batter, beating hard.
    Flavor with vanilla.
    Add at the last the butter/oleo which must be hot.
    Bake in a quick oven to a very light brown.
    Turn on a damp cloth; trim edges.
    Spread quickly with marshmallow filling or cake icing and roll up.
