9-Inch Pat-In-The-Pan Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. With hands, mix all ingredients together. Press firmly against bottom and sides of pan. Do not press on rim. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until light brown.
    Before baking, I sometimes fill crust with pumpkin pie mixture.
