Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chopped green chiles
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 boiled and boned chicken (reserve 1 c. broth)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    8 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine the chiles, onion and margarine.
    Cook together until onion is clear; set aside.
    Mix broth, soup and onion-chiles mixture.
    Add chicken; blend well.
    Warm tortillas.
    Put 1/4 cup chicken mixture on center of tortilla.
    Sprinkle cheese and roll. Place, seam side down, in baking dish.
    Continue for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and spread. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top; bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
