Quick Pecan Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 c. flour
    4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pecans
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, corn syrup and 1/2 cup melted butter; spread on the bottom of cake pan.
    Sprinkle with pecans.
    Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and 1/3 cup sugar.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add eggs and milk all at once.
    Stir just to blend; knead 8 to 10 times.
    Roll into a 15 x 12-inch rectangle.
    Brush with 2 tablespoons butter, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll into jelly roll.
    Cut and place on brown sugar mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Remove from pan immediately.
