English Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
    Beat wet ingredients together with a fork.
    Add wet ingredients with dry and mix until moist and lumpy.
    Don't overbeat.
    Fill muffin tins 1/2 to 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
