Sour Cream And Mushroom Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 small can mushrooms
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    wide egg noodles or white rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place pork chops in bottom of glass or aluminum baking dish.
    Cover pork chops with the mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Pour the cream of mushroom soup
    over pork chops and mushrooms.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Serve over white rice or wide egg noodles with a dollop of sour cream on each serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
