Zucchini Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar (white)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 medium bananas, mashed
    1 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar until fluffy.
    Stir in beaten eggs, bananas (make sure bananas are very ripe), zucchini and vanilla.
    In separate bowl, sift together the flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Blend dry ingredients mix into banana-zucchini mix.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Ovens may vary so check with toothpick before removing from the oven.
