Chicken Yassa(International: West Africa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 carrot (small slices)
    1 bay leaf
    cooked rice
    1 1/4 c. lime juice
    2 potatoes, cubed
    1 onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Brown pieces of chicken.
    Add lime juice, bouillon, soy sauce, potatoes, carrots, onion, bay leaf and garlic.
    Add enough water to almost cover chicken.
    Cover and stew just until done.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 5 to 6.
