Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 qt. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 c. water
salt, pepper and mace
Preparation

Melt butter, add onion and saute until tender.
Add flour. Gradually add milk and cook until thick (takes quite a while). Add broccoli and simmer until ready to serve.
