Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread, cubed and trimmed
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage, browned
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Layer first 4 items in 9 x 13-inch pan, ending with cheese on top.
    Mix next 4 ingredients; pour over mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning mix 1/4 cup milk with mushroom soup and pour evenly over casserole.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
