Mixed Vegetable Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavor gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped cucumber
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in cold water. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and salt.
    Gradually stir some of gelatin into mayonnaise blending well.
    Stir mayonnaise mixture into remaining gelatin stirring well.
    Chill until thick and syrupy.
    Fold in cabbage, radishes, celery, green pepper, onion and cucumber.
    Pour into lightly oiled 4-cup mold.
    Chill until set.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
