Dried Beef Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small jar dried beef, chopped
    3 small green onions
    4 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    additional chopped pecans (to roll cheese balls in)
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients and shape into balls. Refrigerate for a short time, then roll in nuts.
    Makes 2 good size balls.
    May make into smaller balls or cheese logs.
