Jo Ann Bush'S Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 jalapeno peppers
    2 c. Bisquick
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. sausage (raw)
    1 pkg. Shake 'n Bake
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cut off stems of peppers; take out all the seeds.
    Stuff with cheese; mix remaining cheese, Bisquick and sausage.
    Make patties and wrap around jalapeno peppers.
    Seal real good.
    Dip eggs and roll in Shake 'n Bake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    I prefer chicken Shake 'n Bake.
    Real good!
