Steak And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 medium jar pimento
    3/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak into bite size pieces and brown in 1 tablespoon of oil.
    Mix together other ingredients.
    Add browned meat.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
