Ham And Apple Brunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2 crust pie (preferably a cheese crust)
    4 c. thinly sliced baked ham
    3 to 4 sliced, hard-boiled eggs
    4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg yolk
    4 c. thickly sliced, peeled and cored apples
    1 tsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    4 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Line 10-inch pie plate with crust.
    Arrange half of ham, apples and hard-boiled egg in layer.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon flour and pinch each of cloves and pepper.
    Dot with 1 tablespoon of butter.
    Repeat with remaining apples, ham, egg, sugar, flour and spices.
