Festive Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. shredded coconut
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. nuts, cut fine
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Blend well.
Add eggs; beat well.
Add flour, soda and pineapple.
With large spoon, fold in carrots, coconut and nuts.
Blend well.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
