Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. minced onion or fresh onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped green chilies (optional)
    6 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into 1-quart casserole dish.
    Add onion and salt.
    Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
    Stir often.
    Drain.
