Trinity Bread(Original Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 c. warm canned milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. medium rye flour
3 c. white flour
Preparation
-
Put yeast, water and milk into a large bowl.
Add sugar and let stand for 10 minutes.
Add honey, oil, egg and salt.
Then add flours.
Mix and let rise until double.
Punch down.
Knead and form into desired shape.
Let rise again.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until done.
Makes 2 loaves.
