Corn Chip Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag regular corn chips
    1 small bottle Catalina dressing
    1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    3 to 4 finely chopped green onions (use some of green part, too)
    1 can Mexi beans, drained well
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, pouring dressing on last and mixing well. This salad is best if made right before serving.
    Tends to get soggy if it sits very long.
