Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, boiled, cooled and diced
    9 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (approximately)
    seasonings to taste
    1 pt. half and half
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Butter bottom and sides of oblong glass baking dish.
    Layer potatoes and cheese in dish, starting and ending with potatoes (3 layers potatoes and 2 layers cheese).
    Season each layer of potatoes as desired.
    Pour half and half evenly over top layer of potatoes; spread sour cream over that.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes; uncover for last 15 minutes of baking.
    Serves 8 to 10.
