Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. cooked or canned mashed pumpkin
    1 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix sugar and oil.
    Beat in eggs.
    Sift all dry ingredients; add to bowl alternately with water.
    Mix well.
    Add pumpkin; stir in nuts.
    Bake in 2 (5 x 9-inch) pans at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 65 minutes.
