Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. flour
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. frozen lemonade concentrate
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease muffin tins or line with liners. Combine dry ingredients.
    Add milk, lemonade, oil and egg.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Fill cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Remove from tins and cool.
