Tater Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground turkey or beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2/3 c. water
1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (11 oz.) can condensed cheese soup or fiesta nacho cheese soup (undiluted)
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation

In a skillet, cook meat and onion. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add corn and soup. Mix well. Transfer to greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Arrange Tater Tots in single layer over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and golden brown. Yield: 8 servings.
