Baked Rice And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    instant rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can milk
Preparation
    Butter a 9-inch square baking dish.
    Pour about 1/4-inch instant rice on bottom. Salt and pepper.
    Add a little water (not enough to cover).
    Place salted chicken on top of rice.
    Pour can of soup mixed with 1 can of milk over top of chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
