Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    4 c. plain flour
    1 c. orange juice
    9 egg whites, beaten
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. nuts
    9 egg yolks
    4 c. nuts
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 box raisins
    1 lb. candied fruit
    1 lb. mixed fruit
    2 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks.
    Add fruit juice.
    Mix salt and baking powder with flour.
    Add cinnamon to flour.
    Add.
    Mix all fruit and nuts together.
    Put 3 cups of flour on fruit and nuts; coat well.
    Mix with the first ingredients.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add to mixture.
    Grease loaf or tube pan; line pan with wax paper.
    Put 4 cups water in pressure cooker.
    Put cakes on rack in cooker.
    Cook on 10 pounds pressure for 1 hour.
    Take out.
    Put in a 300\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
