Iron Skillet Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 large can sliced peaches
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large iron skillet.
    Mix the flour, sugar and milk.
    Pour into skillet with butter.
    Do not stir.
    Drain peaches, save juice.
    Pour fruit over mixture in skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes until golden brown.
    Pour reserved peach juice over cobbler while hot.
    Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
