Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together by hand (do not use electric mixer).
    Pour into greased 8 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 1/2 hour.
