Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    2 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 box frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients in a large heavy pan for 20 minutes. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
    Add soup and cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts.
