Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 6 lb. brisket
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place brisket in foil with shiny side to meat.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over the meat in the foil.
    Wrap the meat and sauce in foil and place in 300\u00b0 oven for 3 1/2 hours.
    Place in refrigerator overnight and then slice.
    Pour barbecue sauce over meat and re-wrap meat (1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce).
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
