1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. old fashioned oats
2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 c. sweetened flake coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl with a wooden spoon, mix together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
Stir in vanilla.
