Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
4 level Tbsp. self-rising flour
5 Tbsp. melted butter
4 c. cold milk
8 oz. pkg. coconut (Angel Flake)
pastry for two (9-inch) pies
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar and flour.
Beat eggs and add to flour and sugar mixture, then add milk and butter.
Mix in coconut and vanilla. Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 1 hour.
